Role Summary

We are looking for a full-time IT Recruiter. The recruiter based out of our Tirana Office will be responsible for the recruitment of full-time employees to join our Tirana IT team.
Teachaway's primary recruiting source are Universities and especially new graduates from software engineering and computer sciences programs.

Roles and responsibilities

• To screen incoming resumes received for the Tirana office
• To conduct initial phone interviews with candidates
• To coordinate candidate assessment tests
• To conduct face to face interviews assisted by Teachaway colleagues responsible for assessing candidates’ technical competencies
• To manage Teachaway job postings at universities, linkedin and other channels
• To book, plan and attend Universities Career Fairs and recruitment events
• To keep track of candidates through the Teachaway's recruitment application
• To be responsible for follow up correspondence with candidates

Who is Teachaway looking for?

Teachaway is interested in hearing from candidates who fit the following profile:

• University Degree in Human Resources
• Previous recruitment experience preferred
• Candidate interested by a job position offering professional growth
• Candidate with a strong interest for the Technology field
• Disciplined candidates with good work ethics
