Currently we are seeking to recruit for our Head Office in Tirana:

IT Helpdesk Specialist​

Main activities, deliverables and requirements:

• Responsible for handling initial user requests
• Responsible for user profile creation
• Responsible for Client Desktop PC installations
• Participate in network equipment installation and maintenance

Successful candidates need to fulfill the following requirements:

• University degree in Informatics or Computer Engineering
• Good acquaintance with Operating Systems, PC hardware and Networking
• Good command of English language
• Desire to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills
