Project

The main role of the Internet & Mobile Operation and Maintenance Specialist is to follow up the technical issues related to the operations in Internet and Mobile Banking


Tasks

Monitor Internet and Mobile Banking service and make sure it is operating properly,
Report and manage the issues in Internet and Mobile banking
Prepare reports for the Internet and Mobile banking issues,
Test and ensure that all new enhancements are according to the requirements,
Assist branches or call center to solve the issues in Internet and Mobile Banking,
Responsible to follow up the daily operations of the Internet and Mobile Banking


Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related Information Technology fields.
Good Knowledge of databases such as Oracle.
Very good knowledge of English
Team player and very good communication skills
Very good analytical skills
