Infosoft Systems sh.p.k is looking for:
The Internal Audit Specialist is responsible for evaluating and monitoring the company's processes and procedures to ensure their effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with external regulatory requirements (legal requirements), as well as company-defined policies. This role conducts independent verifications to identify potential risks and recommends possible improvements in the company's operations.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure that the processes and activities are coordinated and in accordance with the company’s objectives.
• Ensures strict adherence to obligations in compliance with the legislation into force and those stemming from the implementation of selected standards for implementation by the company.
• Assesses the need for establishing controls within work processes, conducts periodic and/or unscheduled audits/checks of the company processes and procedures to evaluate their applicability, integrity, and effectiveness.
• Under the leadership of the unit’s supervisor prepares a draft audit plan for each unit and approves them with each respective supervisor.
• Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of the audits and proposes measures for improvement (changes of roles, automatization, changes of the workflow, etc.).
• Identifies and evaluates potential risks associated with the company's activities and develops plans for addressing them.
• Proposes and implements upgrades in the internal control systems to increase their efficiency.
• Prepares the draft audit reports following the verification results and ensures their finalization until resolution, under the guidance of the unit's supervisor.
• Produces periodic reports for the management in accordance with their requirements and proposes recommendations for improvements.
• Provides training to the staff regarding internal audit policies and procedures.
Required qualifications:
• University degree in exact sciences or economics.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Training or certifications in internal audit.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, professional written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt according to work priorities.
• Flexibility towards organizational changes.
