  • [FONT=&quot]Compute final estimation of property values, taking into account such factors as depreciation, replacement costs, value comparisons of similar properties, and income potential;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Inspect properties to evaluate construction, condition, special features, and functional design, and to take property measurements; [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Gather market trends for designated territories or impending changes that could influence future values;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Prepare written reports that estimate property values, outline methods by which the estimations were made, and meet appraisal standards;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Verify legal descriptions of properties by comparing them to county records.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Qualifications[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]Bachelor degree in [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Architecture, Civil Engineering, Economics, or related fields. An equivalent foreign university diploma is an asset.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]License from respective Albanian Authority for appraisal of real estates.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Preferably a minimum of 2 year experience with appraisal review or valuation of real estates accompanied by at least 2 reference letters.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Good knowledge of Windows 7and XP, Microsoft Office 2010 and AutoCAD.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Effective verbal communication/presentation skills.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Capable of preserving work quality while meeting productivity goals.[/FONT] [FONT=&quot]Excellent analytical skills; ability to quickly understand complex problems, integrate new concepts and approaches and recommend solutions. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Successful when operating in an environment that requires teamwork and collaboration.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Valid driving license and willing to travel.[/FONT]
