- To assist the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
- To handle and direct employee enquiries.
- To arrange for appointments and interviews.
- Prepares and distributes employment announcements, supplemental questionnaires, and other employment related documents;
- inputs and prepares reports for each recruitment; prepares eligible lists and notices to candidates regarding examination processes and results; schedules testing and monitors examinations;
- answers employment inquiries on the phone and in person; distributes new and updated classification specifications;
- Maintains documentation, records, and reports for recruitment, testing, and classification, and completes salary survey forms.
- Processes centralized and decentralized promotions and reduction actions.
- Identifies and documents job duties and requirements and their relative importance; uses data to develop training materials and methods, determines compensation, develops job titles and descriptions and application materials.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Human Resources Management), (Business Administration) or related fields.
- Two years of relevant experience in the field
- Excellent Skills in both written and spoken English
