Duties and responsibilities
1. Recruits the personnel for all the departments of the company, in required qualifications.
2. Plans and conducts all recruitment process such as placing job ads in career portals, makes filtering, organize and interviews, selection of the personnel and keeping data for every applicant in a database.
3. Headhunting - identifying and approaching candidates already in work
4. Ensures that legal duties of recruitment process are carried out, especially making ready necessary documents for registration of new personnel ready.
5. Prepares reports related to the recruitment process
Required:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
· Very good communication and organization skills
· Knowledge of MS Office programs
· Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
· Able and flexible to work in a dynamic environment and meet defined deadlines and objectives.
· Being creative in the recruiting strategies
