Head of Customer Service Department
Role
Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team (call center, subscription, vetting etc) to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
Duties
- Develop and implement customer service procedures
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of customer care and service while increasing customer retention, handling customers’ complaints etc
- Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
Skills
- Excellent management, communication and organizing skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices and customer experience as well
- Very good knowledge of CRM system
- Able and willing to work in team
Experience
- At least 5 years of previous job experience in Customer Service managerial position
Education
- University Degree
