[FONT=&quot]The purpose of position is monitoring and analyses every day the traffic of the subscribers in order to prevent the abuses on Eagle Mobile and ALB telecom Network.[/FONT]


[FONT=&quot]Requirements of the position:[/FONT]

· [FONT=&quot]Bachelor degree in Economy or Business Informatics[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]At least one year of job experience in Collection, Fraud or similar position[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Very Good communication and presentation skills[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Able and willing to work in team [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Willing to work under pressure [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Availability to work overtime anytime required and in shifts.[/FONT]
