We are looking for a dedicated F&B Service manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Giving opinions on menus and continuously making improvements
- Forecasting, planning, and ordering supplies, as well as beverages to stock the bar and fridges.
- Following food and safety regulations.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
- Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage service staff.
Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great delegation skills.
- Fluent in English
