VACANT JOB POSITION SBA Albania sh.p.k operating at the field of the international transportation requires personnel for accounting department in the position:

Accounting Clerk.

Duties/Tasks:
- Accounting periodical actions related in accrual basis.
- Keeping customers’ accounts,
- Processing sales invoices,
- Managing the internal and external mail functions,
- Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of complex accruals, revenue and expenditure, allocations, and associated reports.
- Prepare appropriate accounting analyses and summary reports for manager
- Check and inspect the accuracy of accounts receivable and payable ledgers
- Create and manage budgets, balance sheets and other related financial accounts
- Consideration the customs and foreign trade regulations Identification and evaluation of offerings on the transport and logistics market.
- Determination of costs and revenues for the commercial management
-Support for the development of logistics concepts and operations

Requirements:

1. University degree in the field of Economics, Finance or Accounting.
2. Fluent English speaking and writing skills (must)
3. Preferably commercial training in the transport sector.
4. Good knowledge of customs law and procedures
5. Competence in MS Office and Alpha program
6. High level of commitment and teamwork
