Specialist/Senior Specialist- Financial Reporting and Budgeting Department
Tasks
The periodical reports to the Bank of Albania, ASD and other regulatory bodies.
The financial information and reporting packages to the Shareholder, BoD, Management, and any other institutions or internal Departments’ requests.
Quarterly review report for external auditors.
Yearly budgeting process.
Monthly profitability report and analysis for branches.
Requirements
Bachelor degree / Master degree in Finance / Economics/ Economic Informatics.
To have at least 2 years job experience in related fields (finance, banking, and accounting).
Strong Financial and/or Accounting understanding and being versed in banking concepts.
Good knowledge on financial reporting standards.
Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken (Turkish as a second language is an advantage).
Proficient with technology and computer programs- Microsoft Office.
To be accurate and trustworthy. Displays integrity, honesty and commitment.
Holds self and others accountable for measurable high-quality results and meets deadlines.
Capable to work under pressure.
Very good oral and written communication along with strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
Maintains a positive, open, and objective attitude towards other points of view and perspectives.
