Financial Planning Specialist

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Effective Control of Operative Expenses and Capital Expenses. Prepare, support and report financial and non-financial package for One Albania results and forecasts.

Main Tasks:

• Preparation the budgeting and forecasting cycles & long-term plan (budget input template, SAP budget upload etc.)
• Ongoing monitoring and analysing of OPEX & CAPEX lines per function of actual vs. budget.
• Ongoing monitoring of functions budget, contracts, and approval of purchase request expense in SAP and release upon proper approvals as per One PR policy.
• Advise business partnering with relative stakeholders.
• Advise business partnering with relative stakeholders.

Education: University Degree in Finance/ Accounting.

Experience and Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in relevant position.

Skills:

• Excellent/very good use of Sap SW, Advanced Excel and Good command of MS Office Package.
• Very good command of English (both spoken and written).
• Ability to work in team, good communication skills, able to work independently, capable of handling multiple tasks; Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
