EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a leading provider of data access and connectivity solutions, is currently recruiting a Finance & Operations.

Major responsibilities:

• Filling out and submitting all vendor application forms with the fundamental data regarding our company;
• Assisting customers by providing all the necessary documentation to build a business relationship;
• Completing the payment portal registrations questionnaires and the process and documenting it to successfully establish our presence on the related portals;
• Updating tax exemption information on the accounts in Salesforce for every customer who is an exempt entity;
• Managing purchase orders and invoicing in the intermediate vendor platforms;
• Assist sales with software license upgrades requests from customers;
• Report and communicate with the team regarding the open tasks and activities.

Requirements for this position are:

• Graduate with a degree in business, economics or natural sciences;
• Excellent written communication skills, exemplifying a good command over the English language;
• Very detail oriented and great at researching and learning;
• Skills on juggling multiple priorities, managing simultaneous projects, and seeing a job through to completion;
• Strong computer and organization skills and are proficient in Excel.
• Strong team work, organization, time-management, prioritization, written/oral communication skills;
• Positive, healthy, cultural, integrity, loyalty attitude.
