TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is seeking to welcome a qualified candidate on temporary basis/contract, to join REO Department in the position of:

Overall Job Definition
The Facility Management Junior Officer shall prepare/check the requests for purchase/maintenance of the bank and ensure that they are performed in compliance to internal regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

Conducts periodic check for utilities of branches and Head Office and different maintenances;
Prepares relevant forms and requests for purchases, services related to REO Unit that will be signed from His/her supervisor;
Controls all documents and invoices related to utilities for Head Office and Branches, maintenance of UPS/ generator/ inverter, maintenance of A/C, cleaning of the premises of TB;
Collaborates and controls the Petty Cash Procedure in order to support branches for different needs during the day and preparing them for the supervisors;
Checks the preventive coming from the Company in accordance with the contractual terms of the contract;
Prepares and sends the approved form and respective hand over to the Finance Department;

Competencies / Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree;
Very good communication skills;
Accurate and detail oriented;
Very well organized;
Good knowledge of English language in written and oral;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft package (Work, Excel, Power Point);
