We are looking for a Face-to-Face Coordinator!

SOS Children’s Villages in Albania is looking for a motivated and strategic Face-to-Face (F2F) Coordinator to lead our individual giving fundraising efforts. This role is central in developing and managing our F2F fundraising channel — recruiting and guiding a team of field-based fundraisers (“Facers”) who inspire individuals to become committed donors through in-person campaigns.

The F2F Coordinator ensures that all activities align with internal guidelines, business plans, and reporting procedures set by the Fund Development & Communications Department.

Requirements for the position:

  • Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or project coordination (experience in F2F fundraising is a strong advantage)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Organized, results-driven, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Familiarity with fundraising KPIs and donor management systems is a plus
  • Fluency in Albanian and English

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate F2F campaigns in line with business targets.
  • Lead, train, and support the team of Facers in delivering high-quality donor engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (response rate, ROI, attrition, etc.) and take corrective actions.
  • Develop strategic partnerships for new F2F locations and maintain collaboration with existing partners (current locations).
  • Ensure donor communication is aligned with child rights principles and organizational guidelines.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments and regional/international SOS networks.
  • Provide regular reports to the Head of Fundraising and contribute to strategic planning.
In the framework of safeguarding policy:
  • Has the responsibility to protect children from all forms of abuse, abandonment, manipulation, violence and discrimination;
  • Has the responsibility to report without delay any suspicions, concerns, allegations or incidents regarding the safety of children immediately;
  • Ensures confidentiality and sharing of information as needed;
  • Has the responsibility to respect the Regulation on “Prevention and Protection against Sexual Harassment, Exploitation and Abuse” as well as Code of Conduct.
  • He / she is expected to promote and support a culture of respect, dignity, trust and accountability that deters violations.
