  • [FONT=&quot]Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware; [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software like Microsoft Outlook e-mail, Microsoft Office 2010, Windows 7 or XP problems in a domain environment, network and peripheral equipment problems; and make repairs and corrections where required.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Qualifications[/FONT]


  • [FONT=&quot]Preferably a minimum of 1 year experience in the related position.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Very good knowledge of Windows Client Operation Systems: Windows 7 and XP.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Very good knowledge of Windows Desktop Software like Office 2010, Outlook 2010, Microsoft Internet Explorer configuration.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Good knowledge of Windows imaging software’s like Ghost and Acronis.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent oral and written communication skills.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to learn quickly.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to work independently with minimum supervision or work in a team-oriented project.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Certifications are an asset.[/FONT]
