On behalf of E DUA SPORTIN.COM, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:

Editor

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for writing and editing sports and sports accessories related articles on behalf of the company.
• Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources.
• Keep eye on current fads in sports.
• Gather important information in the area of sports, collecting data from reliable sources.
• Edit and proofread the work.
• Correct errors in spelling, grammar and syntax, and shorten or lengthen copy as required.
• Keep abreast with the interests of the target audience and sports events.
• Guide sub-editors in the preparation of write-ups.
• Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the work.
• Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
• Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

Requirements (Key Skills)

• Bachelor’s Degree (Journalism, Communications or related field).
• Proven experience as an editor.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Solid understanding to Sports industry.
• Critical thinking skills under pressure.
• Exceptional ability in editing for content and context.
• Good organizational, planning skills.
• Good level of English both spoken and written.
