[FONT=&quot]Create exemplary, intuitive, useful visual design solutions; communicate with the project design team throughout all stages including conception/production; Work within a defined process and keep all work organized according to standards.

[FONT=&quot]Requirements of the position:[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]3+ years web/digital design experience[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Experience working as a web designer for an agency or company, marketing department or similar environment, highly preferred [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Ability to create superior, original designs for the Web[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Understand the principles of Information Architecture and online usability[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]A general understanding of HTML, Browser compatibility, CSS, XML, etc. [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web 2.0 features and functionality [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Flash (preferable) [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Ability to communicate and work in a team environment [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Demonstrate a passion for staying abreast of the newest digital trends [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Flash animator and familiarity with Action Script is a plus [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]An understanding of video compression is a plus[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Degree in graphic or digital design or related field[/FONT]
