We are seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Project Manager to oversee digitalisation projects and ensure their delivery on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. The role involves managing all project lifecycle phases—from inception and business analysis to development, testing, and maintenance—while coordinating external contractors and multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage one or more digital projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery in line with project plans and deadlines.
• Coordinate activities of external contractors and stakeholders, including client business and IT teams, subcontractors, COTS providers, and Member States’ representatives.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, project office tasks, and quality standards.
• Monitor development and conformance testing by external partners.
• Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation measures.
• Report project status, progress, risks, issues, and decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical design and validate proposals from external contractors.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (EQF Level 6) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ IT experience, including at least 2 years in IT project management.
• Experience in large-scale digital distributed systems integration projects is an asset.
• Knowledge of taxation, excise, customs, or CBAM is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management tools and technical knowledge of European Commission standard IT products.

Certifications (Optional):

• PM2, PMP (Project Management Professional), Prince2
