LocalEyes Group is recruiting a Delivery QA Specialist for its subsidiary LocalEyes Albania, based in Tirana.

Location: Tirana, Albania
Position Start: March 2019
Work duration: full-time
Salary: Attractive compensation also based on candidate’s experience



Job Purpose :
The Delivery QA Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day quality check of projects per the defined specifications, paying special attention to details and providing feedback to various stakeholders on their progress. In very close contact with DTP coordinator, the Delivery QA Specialist must make sure the final quality to reach the client is error free and according client’s instructons and demands.

The Delivery QA Specialist will report to the Delivery QA Team Lead.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement the general QA instructions received from client facing PMs.
  • Make sure the instructions sent from the client and the Q&As during the life cycle of the project have been implemented correctly in the final files.
  • Provide feedback to DTP Coordinator and Project Coordinators on the quality of the files and request changes and corrections from the responsible teams.
  • Operate according the previously planned schedule and leave room for no delays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in IT, Design or relevant industry experience
  • Knowledge of functional aspects of Win and Mac based platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of the following applications - Outlook or Mail, iWork, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Scripting Languages (e.g. VBScript)
  • Ability to assimilate, hold and interpret a wide variety of information
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills in English
  • Organisational and planning skills imperative
  • Able to work in a fast paced, demanding creative and production environment with a multiple 
changes in project priorities and tight deadlines

Will be considered as a plus:
  • Knowledge of DTP programmes for both Mac and PC
  • Knowledge of linguistic quality tracking and improvement processes and metrics
  • Ability to communicate in foreign languages
