Position: Data Entry
Location: Tirana
Summary of Duties:
Data Entry is responsible for helping sales department on collecting data, maintaining records, preparing reports, entering and updating information within company requirements.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Collect and register data in Excel within internal deadlines.
· Generate weekly and monthly reports regarding sales information
· Reconciliation with domestic and foreign suppliers and customers, updates supplier / customer data’s on daily basis.
· Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry
Requirement for the job position:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (relevant economics field)
Job experiences: 1 year experience preferred
Other qualification:
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of Excel intermediate level
Other Skills:
Good organization, coordination & planning skills.
Very good communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work in group
