Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information regarding services and requests
- Handle and resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Ensure all communication is clear, consistent, and client-focused
- Build strong, long-term relationships through excellent customer service
- Experience in customer service or support roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office tools
Compensation & Benefits:
