Job Title: Customer Support Representative (German Speaker) – 3-Month Contract
Location: Tirana
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (3-month contract)

Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative (German Speaker) on a 3-month contract, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our German-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions across various communication channels, including phone and email. This role requires a strong customer-first mindset, problem-solving abilities, and fluency in German.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email in German
• Address customer issues and concerns, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and best practices to provide accurate information to customers
• Assist in maintaining a positive company image through excellent customer service
• Working hours: 8:00-16:30 & 9:00-17:30
• 2 days off per week
