CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SERVICE (Operations)

For our headquarters in Tirana we are looking to hire people for the position of Customer Relationship Management Service for the development of the company in a worldwide context.
We are looking for dynamic, curious and motivated people whom have the interest and passion in working on the business travel industry.

Description of the position:

The position required deals with the relationships and operations of clients through phone, email (appox goal is 90%) and in person; manages the relationships with the supplier of the service, verifies the contractual conditions, requests for quotations of the hôtellerie structures etc. Fulfill the guidelines given in compliance with plans and approved strategies of the politics and internal procedures for the Hôtellerie sector. To be responsi ble for the achievement of defined objectives of the company with a periodic measurement of performance (KPI) .
It’s a worldwide target market, and the head office is in Tirana.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Timely management of the requests of the client;
- Management of the product according the clients request;
- Self management of the assigned activities;
- Management and resolutions of the eventual complains/ alerts;
- Insuring the regularity , quality and timing of the necessary activities/actions for the processing of requests and the fruition of service.

Manners of conducting the activity:

- More than 90% is a phone relationship with the clients and suppliers;
- Full time service 7/24/365

Required competencies / skills:

- University Degree ;
- Customer orientation;
- Liability of interpersonal relationships, reaching the objectives with teamwork;
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills (verbal and non-verbal);
- Listening skills, perceptive on details of every feature of the work;
- Acquaintance of the technology, internet, excel, Word, PowerPoint etc processing;
- Proactive , self-sufficiency , flexibility, stress tolerance;
- Customer care and Problem solving skills,
- Availability for international and/or national travelling/transfers even for long periods;
- Excellent knowledge of English language (verbal / nonverbal)
- Excellent knowledge of Italian language (verbal / nonverbal)
- Preferable 3rd language knowledge is an advantage

The position of Contract Manager comprises an undefined hiring with a fixed salary.
