Customer Complaints Specialist
Purpose of Position: Provide excellent customer support, by handling and resolving complaints in compliance with customer agreements,
products T&C and company objective for a best quality of service.
Main Tasks:
- Effectively and accurately investigate complaints & requests within set timescales.
- Ensure all complaints & requests logs are registered & are kept updated with all required information and actions taken.
- Strictly monitor the KPIs set for customer issue resolution and address any obstacles.
- Provide reports as appropriate both to internal and external usage Make outbound calls to inform the customer and preparing needed written responses.
- Report to direct superior any problems and look after for a valid and on time solution.
- Assist the direct superior in any related request.
- Forward customer requests/ complains/ problems through SR.
- Interact with technical division through SR for solving customer's technical problems.
- Other Duties as per job responsibilities.
Education: University Degree.
Experience: At least 1(one) year of related experience.
Skills:
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
- Very good knowledge of ONE fix and mobile services, offers.
- Very good Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrable accuracy skills.
- Ability to take communication and formal writing skills.
- Very good knowledge of English language.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines, initiatives.
- Confidentiality.
- Team spirit.
