EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international company, leader in the production of construction materials, is currently recruiting a Customer Care Specialist.

Major responsabilities:



  • Process, review, and send customer invoices ensuring accuracy;
  • Issue approved credits, rebills, and debit memos;
  • Manage order acknowledgment process sending to customers;
  • Monitor Customer Claims; forward emails, process sales leads, and respond to messages accordingly;
  • Manage customer service providing customers with requested information or reassigning the sales lead to the appropriate individual;
  • Administer monthly metrics reports in various systems and distribute timely;
  • Provide back-up support to CS colleagues and manager as needed.


Requirements for this position are:


  • College/University, preferable Faculty of Economic;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ customer service experience required;
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills;
  • Effective communicator via email, verbal, and in presentation of information;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent computer skills required: Microsoft Office 365, ERP system, NAVISION experience is a plus.
