Customer Care Specialist
[FONT="]The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for continuous contribution in the development of a customer care culture at all company levels. The incumbent assists in developing customer service standards, policies and procedures for all company functions. [/FONT]

[FONT="]Main duties include:[/FONT]
· [FONT="]Support in Monitoring international airline market in terms of customer care through web research and e-communication[/FONT]
· [FONT="]Proposes and recommends improvements to procedures / processes reviewed from the perspective of customer care[/FONT]
· [FONT="]Responsible for continuous improvement of the knowledge base system[/FONT]
· [FONT="]Support and assists in the preparation of the Newsletter of Belle Air from Customer Service aspect (corporate clients, if applicable)[/FONT]
· [FONT="]Suggest and supports the process of informing customers of any changes or innovation of belle Air products and services[/FONT]
· [FONT="]Supports in Measuring and evaluating client satisfaction levels, according to the demands and needs of the commercial division through questionnaires, focus groups, mystery shopping[/FONT]
[FONT="] [/FONT]
[FONT="]Requirements:[/FONT][FONT="][/FONT]
· [FONT="]University Degree[/FONT]
· [FONT="]At least one year of Industry experience, preferably in direct contact with passengers[/FONT]
· [FONT="]Demonstrated ability to work well in a team[/FONT]
· [FONT="]Excellent organizational skills[/FONT]
· [FONT="]Excellent writing skills in Albanian and English language[/FONT]
· [FONT="]Very good Italian and English[/FONT]
