Albanian HR Solutions is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area.
Our client is an international company.
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Country Manager (Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia).
Primary purpose of the role:
This job involves working to manage operations, develop business and increase profitability for the company in the specified regions.
Duties include:
• Responsible for managing all operations within the country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
• Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan.
• Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training.
• The role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part
• Continuously analyze market and category. Anticipate threats and opportunities. Manage disciplined monthly reporting (qualitative as well as quantitative).
Requirements of the role:
• University Degree
• Fluent in English ,adequate knowledge of Greek language will be considered an asset
• Age between 30-35
• Min. of 3 years of sales management experience/ top management experience preferred
• Advanced Excel user
Skills:
• Think creatively
• Organized and methodical
• Problem solver, optimist, sweeping
• Able to motivate and inspire a team
