Corporate Service Support Specialist

Purpose of the position:
First Line of contact and troubleshooting for fixed services of business/corporate customers. Receiving, prioritizing, following-up complaints with internal units and field units and actively resolving requests from our clients in a timely manner.

Main Tasks:
  • Provide first level of contact for fixed business customers via email or telephone.
  • First Line troubleshooter for fixed business customers (Internet, LAN, Wireless Connection, FO connections etc).
  • First Line of support for Field Technicians over the telephone.
  • Initiating, follow-up, escalation, and closures of TTs for all fixed business customer complaints (over the phone or by email).
  • Initiation of Trouble Tickets for all fixed business customers for field and fixed network (L2 support).
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Advanced notification of business customers for planned activities with impact on service (outages).
  • Follow-up and support for Big Corporate/Institutions Contracts.
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
Education: University degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience and Qualifications: At least 1 year in the same profile/industry;

Skills:
  • Good knowledge of methods for delivering telecommunication services like LAN L2/L3, Ethernet, SDH etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP CRM, Jira, OTRS, ZTE Netnumen, UMP, MPLS, etc.
  • Very Good knowledge of English language;
  • Communicative, team player, problem solving;
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation MTCNA, CCNA, similar certifications.
