This position is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining various software and software tools.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Design, test and develop the new software and software tools
- Maintain and modify existing software and software tools
- Document each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance
- Revisit the development process to fix bugs
- Other duties as assigned in support of the organization
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of software development experience
- Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
- In depth knowledge of software development tools such as Visual Studio
- In depth knowledge of the .Net Framework
- In depth knowledge of XAML technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong programming skills with multiple languages including but not limited to C++, C#, VB.Net, VB, JavaScript
- Strong prioritization skills
- Ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
- Possess a high standard of ethical conduct
