EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a leader company in the development and management of construction projects locally and in the region, is currently recruiting a Chief Financial Officer.

Major responsabilities:


  • Develops financial and tax related strategic plans;
  • Takes lead and develops a continuous evaluation of both short-term and long-term financial strategies to ensure achievement of company objectives;
  • Implements effective internal controls within the organization and ensure compliance with the control guidelines;
  • Monitors and analyzes budget implementation of each individual SPV/company part of development;
  • Establishes financial targets and KPIs for monitoring and evaluating progress of SPV/companies;
  • Monitors the budgeting process;
  • Relationships with the senior executives, providing a wide range of business solutions;
  • Forecasts financial performance of SPV/companies, analysis and recommendations;
  • Advises on the long-term impacts of financial planning;
  • Evaluates investment opportunities in cooperation with PM;
  • Maintains relations with external auditors;
  • Financing banks to ensure financing and new projects;
  • Monitors and forecast cash liquidity positions;
  • Analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial trends, and maintain the credibility of the Finance Department;
  • Briefs the senior management on the short-term and long-term financial implications of the ongoing and upcoming business activities.

Requirements for this position are:


  • Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in Business or Finance;
  • Progressive accounting experience;
  • Previous experience as the Head of finance department in a medium – large size private company; (Preferable banking industry – risk management/real estate)
  • Strong analytical/quantitative skills and experience with a multi-site organization;
  • Advanced communication skills verbal and written;
  • Motivating and leading others while under supervision;
  • Excellent command of English language.
