  • [FONT=&quot]To answer inbound calls as assist customers who have specific inquires,[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]Support cardholders for blocking cards declared lost/stolen,[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Monitor the fraud, contact and report accordingly to the respective structures,[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Support customers of internet banking/mobile banking or distribute the problems reported from the users to the responsible persons for further investigations,[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Maintain and collect all the customer requests from ATM, web, email, SMS Loan, phone calls and ensure to find the solution or ensure that their request is[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered from the bank,[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Perform outbound marketing calls for a specific range of customer,[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.[/FONT]


[FONT=&quot]Requirements[/FONT]


  • [FONT=&quot]University Degree[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Very Good command of English.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]To be pleasant and friendly,[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Knowledge/technological skills,[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Good verbal and oral communication skills-fast and correct typing. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Should be able to quickly recognize signals of a disgruntled customer and be able to respond without getting angry,[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information,[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Sound judgmental powers; ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer, solicit feedback to improve service, respond to requests for service/assistance,[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to meet tight deadlines,[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Attention to details.[/FONT]
