On behalf of our client which is a global leader in environmental services, specializing in water management, waste management, and energy services, with a commitment to sustainability and innovation, we are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Water).
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing opportunities within the municipal water sector, driving growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
· Identify and develop leads in the municipal water sector.
· Assess potential improvements in ongoing operations and estimate benefits for clients from optimization projects (raw materials, chemicals, energy, labor).
· Evaluate potential for implementing technologies and innovations beneficial to clients.
· Analyze and present models of partnership with potential clients.
· Prepare the technical aspects of business plans for management review.
· Participate in pricing activities for future construction, operation, maintenance, and procurement, with support from financial experts.
· Act as the main interface with clients during project implementation.
· Coordinate the work of third parties within the business development process
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of previous experience in operations or business development within the water sector.
· University degree in Business or Technical field.
· High analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize operational processes.
· Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
· Proficient in computer skills, including data analysis tools and project management software.
· Fluent in English and Albanian.
· Valid driver's license.
