Euronuovo ltd which carries more than 15 years of activity in the field of wholesale and retail trade of FMCG in the territory of Albania, representing 120 different brands (MOET & Hennessy, Corona, Peroni Italy, Bauli,Fratelli Branca, Montenegro SRL ,Disaronno, Campari Group, Sabmiller Group etc.) in meeting the needs of its staff, is looking to hire a BRAND MANAGER.
BRAND MANAGER is a person who has marketing responsibilities to develop and execute marketing programs that increase brand identity and brand awareness of product.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
· Define product strategies and road maps
· Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified
· Develop sales tools and collaterals
· Develop effective product positioning in the market
· Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
· Develop mid-term plan and financial analyses
· Brief and train sales personnel
· Launch and oversee advertising and media planning
· Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products
Profile Requirements :
· 3-4 year experience in marketing
· University Degree
· Driving License
· Very good communication skills
· Self-motivation and initiative are essential combined with problem solving capability
· An excellent command of written and spoken English and Italian is essential.
