ATM Operation and Maintenance Specialist - ADCHO
Project
The main role of the ATM Operation and Maintenance Specialist is to give first level support and follow up the technical issues related to the operations of ATMs
Tasks
• Support branches to solve the problems on ATMs,
• Support branch, ATM offsite unit and other departments for identification of the differences caused due to the cash withdrawal or deposit transactions performed in ATM network,
• Responsible for the reconciliation of card transactions and follow up of the differences with the respective departments in the bank,
• Follow up new developments and test new version of the applications,
• Report and follow up all the issues identified on daily ATM operations in coordination with other department or third parties
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related Information Technology field.
• Good Knowledge of databases such as Oracle.
• Very good knowledge of English
• Team player
• Very good analytical skills
