EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, SHELL Upstream Albania is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant To General Manager/Country Chair Albania.

Major responsibilities:
- Personal Assistant of the General Manager/Country Chair Albania;
- Manage calendar including managing internal and external appointments;
- Assist manager in preparation for meetings and engagements;
- Assist in email management and recognize priorities;
- Custodian of official correspondence to Albanian (government) institutions, authorizations, etc;
- Document filing;
- Event management, event hotel reservations;
- Administrative Tasks, like Mobile phone cost analysis, expense claims, Managing the Distribution lists, etc.
Requirements / Profile of successful candidate:
- Education at higher vocational or university level;
- Fluent in English and Albanian;
- Flexible individual who can deal well with changing priorities and deadlines;
- Functions well in a team, with good interpersonal skills, also when you have to say no;
- Independent thinker and able to place him/herself in the shoes of the GM;
- Keen to learn and develop her/himself in the business;
- Confident to engage with senior stakeholders and their assistants;
- Representative at senior gatherings;
- Precise, high level of accuracy, creative;
