Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tirana for an Assistant to the Sales Director.
The Assistant will work closely with the Sales Director to support daily sales operations, ensure smooth coordination between teams, and help maintain strong communication with clients. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
2:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Albania time zone)

Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales Director
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
* Assist in tracking sales activities, follow-ups, and client communications
* Handle email correspondence and maintain professional communication with US-based clients
* Support the sales team with documentation, reporting, and data organization
* Coordinate internally between sales, production, and operations teams
* Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and existing clients
* Help maintain CRM systems and keep records accurate and up to date
* Assist in improving internal processes and overall sales efficiency

Qualifications
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette
* Fluent in English (required); basic knowledge of Spanish is a strong plus
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
* Previous experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service is a plus
