Event & Production is looking for an:
-Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
Develops software, creates, and executes designs for sets of new functionalities. Be part of developing group of projects or sub projects and be part of implementation team for software developed already.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for internal staff and clients.
• Coordinates meetings and conferences and may attend department meetings and prepare minutes as directed.
• Handle sensitive/confidential information requiring a high level of discretion.
• Arrange essential mail (paper and electronic) to help expedite client actions and avoid missing deadlines.
• Maintain a good working relationship with all levels of staff.
• Maintain contact and relationships with external clients on behalf of internal clients.
• Have a team player attitude to help other administrative assistants within the group.
• Prepare requisitions for specific office purchases with appropriate authorization and arranges for payments.
• Search and collect information from various internal/external sources to provide preliminary research.
• Make time and expense entries accurately in a timely manner.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
Education and Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• University Bachelor Degree.
• Excellent computer skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Professional Communication to handle incoming calls and follow raised issues by clients.
• Organizing and Planning capabilities to prepare official agendas for meetings
• Coordinate and arrange logistics for external functions including meetings, conferences, entertainment, receptions, and dinner arrangements.
