Admin / customer service assistant
Composed of a family of companies, we at Sada-Platts Group focus on the maintenance and development of residential and commercial properties in the UK.
We are in the process of opening an office in Albania, which will handle all B2C inbound enquiries and associated administration.
Therefore, we’re looking for an experienced customer service and administrative assistant to join our team in Albania and help us with the daily operations of the company.
You will report in-person to our office manager in Albania, and virtually to our team based in the UK.
As we are a small company, there is plenty of opportunity for personal development and growth within the company.
Key skills:
€450 per month
Candidate must have some flexibility with their working hours.

[*=left]Answering inbound calls
[*=left]Answering emails
[*=left]Booking in tradesmen for jobs
[*=left]Following up with field operatives
[*=left]Creating invoices and tracking them
[*=left]Liaising with UK team to communicate any issues & updates
[*=left]Chasing clients
[*=left]Sending quotes
[*=left]Helping the UK team with any administrative tasks
€450 per month
