โขAnswering inquiries and requests coming from clients, partners, and colleagues
โขCreating, negotiating, and selling standard and customized travel programs in Albania and Balkan.
โขIssuing vouchers, invoices, and receipts
โขBuilding relationships and communicating with suppliers and guides to ensure reservations are confirmed for every component of each trip
โขAdministrating the schedule according to the available resources
โขOffering exceptional service levels to all customers, partners, and colleagues
โขSome shared general office duties

โขAt least one-year working experience in the travel industry.
โขStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
โขGood knowledge of Albania and Balkan as a tourist destination (regions, sights, themes, etc).
โขBasic knowledge of accounting.
โขGood command of English and Spanish. Another language is a plus.
โขWorking knowledge of the Internet, Email, Word Excel.
โขA good sense of humor and desire to work in a team.
