UI/UX Engineer[Full-time / Remote, (REQUIRED HOURS: 9:00am - 5:30pm EST)]

Work & Behavioral Requirements:

• Design solutions for our web applications and ecommerce sites, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective, user-friendly designs.
• Implement modern design principles to elevate the aesthetics and usability of our digital products.
• Create interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts, allowing for rapid iteration and refinement.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and a smooth transition from prototype to implementation.
• Conduct competitive analysis to gain insights into how to differentiate our offerings and industry best practices

Must Haves (Required):

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in with a strong portfolio showcasing web app and ecommerce site design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools - Figma specifically.
• Ability to work within an existing design structure and process.
• Organized and methodical approach to design and design/dev handoff.
• In-depth understanding of modern design principles, user interface design, and user experience concepts.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder feedback.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
