Job Description:

As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in bridging marketing strategies with sales execution, ensuring that our brands stand out at the point of sale and deliver value both to the customer and the end consumer.
Purpose of the role:
To develop and execute trade marketing activities that strengthen brand presence, increase product visibility, and drive sell-out across retail channels. The role requires a mix of creativity, market insight, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and key partners.

Job Description:

As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in bridging marketing strategies with sales execution, ensuring that our brands stand out at the point of sale and deliver value both to the customer and the end consumer.
Purpose of the role:
To develop and execute trade marketing activities that strengthen brand presence, increase product visibility, and drive sell-out across retail channels. The role requires a mix of creativity, market insight, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and key partners.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Develop trade marketing plans aligned with the company’s commercial and brand strategies.
- Plan and execute retail campaigns, promotions, and in-store visibility initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners, including influencers and media, to support trade campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and trends in the retail environment.
- Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and market feedback to improve strategy and execution.
- Coordinate the development and distribution of trade marketing materials (POS, flyers, displays).
- Support the launch of new products by preparing retail channels and training the sales force.
- Ensure efficient use of trade marketing budgets with strong ROI tracking.
- Maintain close cooperation with the Sales team to understand field needs and ensure strong market execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous work experience of at least 2 years in FMCG sector in trade marketing, sales, or brand activation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with market research tools and retail dynamics
- Creativity combined with a structured and detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
