Join our fast-growing company as a German speaking Customer Support Representative with fluent German and English B1 language skills.
You will handle tickets from clients of beauty marketplace. You will be a part of
dream-team who makes the consumer's experience easy and enjoyable.
It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00 Central Europe Time
At PEXLY you have great opportunity to get:

● Compensation – $700 for 3 months of probation period, then $800;
● KPI – after trial period.
● Training will be provided by the company and the client;
● Dynamic work in a young team of like-minded people in a beauty field;
● Management's attention, support and motivation.
Your responsibilities:
● Handling clients request via email;
● Work with Zendesk platform;
● Perform other related CS tasks;
● Reporting to senior management.
You will join our team to answer questions about delivery delays, refund, replacement
etc -according to standard templates. Up to 100 tickets per day.
You are our perfect candidate if you have:
● Fluent speaking/written German language;
● English language B1
● Have experience in customer support;
● If you are client-oriented and attentive to details, have active listening skills,
problem solver, hard-worker, team-player.
● Good computer skills;
● You can work as a self-employed.
● You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
● Knows Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zendesk experience as
advantage;
● Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
● Experience with Zendesk as advantage
