Work Profile
The telesales representative has the following duties:
Contacting potential or existing customers in Albania to inform them about a product or offers.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Follow-up on client requests for issues related to the products and communicate to
the sales teams in relation to client requests.
Assist on the overall daily activities the manager and the teams on field.
Open to travel on occasion.
Skills and qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
Strong organizational skills.
Computer proficiency: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Action and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to focus on results and work under pressure despite the changing environment.
B2 level English language skills.
