Technical Support Specialist – Full-Time – On-Site​

We are looking for a dependable and technically capable Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this full-time, on-site position, you will assist customers by troubleshooting technical problems and delivering a high-quality support experience.

Responsibilities​

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
• Provide clear guidance and effective solutions to customers
• Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance support operations
• Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction throughout the support process

Requirements​

• Previous experience in technical support or troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience using ticketing or customer support platforms
• IT certifications are an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills

Position Information​

• Full-time role
• Rotating shifts in a 24/7 support environment
• On-site position
