Job Position: Technical Specialist

Purpose of the job position: Responsible for the coordination of the project faces
in order to ensure its conformity with the client requirements.

Organizational Unit: Technical Department

Responsibility range/Scope of duty

1. Following the production process implementation;
2. Responsible for new projects start-up process industrialization;
3. Implementation/control of the process of product tests, proto-types, already in production and new start-up projects inside the Plant/Client side;
4. Ensuring the expected results of the line in terms of: safety, environment, quality of the product, efficiency and cost effectiveness;
5. General knowledge of IATF 16949 and its documentation;
6. To cooperate with Project Leader / Engineer to fulfill all requirements within the deadline;
7. Guaranteeing the smooth changes implementation and proper implementation timing;
8. In cooperation with other Company units layout, tooling, timing and production methods defining;
9. Technical specification/documentation overview, its sharing and implementation. Industrialization of the technical specification/documentation updating;
10. Keep professional secrecy and confidentiality in line with the submitted statement;
11. To fit in project necessary timeline by possible overtimes if duties not closed within working hours;
12. Taking in consideration improvement, kaizen implementation in shopfloor;
13. Non-compliance causes identifying and taking corrective actions to avoid their recurrence together with PL;

Skills and Qualifications
Educational background and Professional Experience Bachelor Degree in electrical, electronic or other engineering branches.
Knowledge of wire harness production methods and of the production tools: Kaizen, SMED, Just in time, WCM etc.
Knowledge of the designing of the wire harness production.
Knowledge of the IATF16049, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 requirements.
Knowledge of the technical drawing reading.
Knowledge of: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, KAIZEN approche, LEAN Manufacturing, Poka-Yoke, PDCA, 5why, Ishikawa Diagram etc.
Very good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad, Corel, Sigip.
