Technical Sales Representative

Purpose and goal of position
The job holder will be responsible for managing all commercial and technical activities to achieve all revenue targets of Sika Albania.
Leading, improving and managing the Construction business in Albanian Market.
Main Tasks (across companies, divisions, units)
· Increase the sales and profitability of the department,
· Improve number of direct customers on residential and civil engineering market,
· Grow, improve and train all applicators of Sika Albania Systems /products portfolio in the market,
· Ensure proper use and offer technical support of Sika products/ systems in the assigned territory,
· Develop, improve and lead Sika Albania construction customers,
· Provide reports as required, give feedback on market intelligence and competition,
· Ensure timely and proper execution of sales related activities within the designated territory,
· Achievement of defined target (sales per TM, Profitability, costings, market growth, customer satisfaction,
Technical support,),
· Daily visits planning, ensuring that movement within
designated territories is well planed for optimal time and cost efficiency.
· Manage business relationships with customers in designated territory to ensure stock availability at all
times and in the desired quantities.
· Ensure adequate stock on WH,
· Continuous technical trainings on Sika materials for, applicators, customers, engineers, architects etc.
· Provide learning and improvement feedback on the execution plan to superior,
· Coordinate customer activities i.e. making orders and ensure the work to move the stock
out for re-ordering.
· Analyze competitor activities in the market and assess opportunities for business development,
· Performs additional tasks requested by the Superior / Country Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Education
· At least Bachelor's degree in Business & Administration/ Civil Engineering,
Work experience / expertise (numbers of years of experience, technical skills)
· At least 2-3 years of experience in a simmilar position.
· Previous Sales experience on construction industry with proven successful sales track record ,
· Previous working experience in a rapid sales growth environment,

Additional skills / competencies (IT skills, language skills, driver’s license, …)
· Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization
· Affinity to technology such as MS office package
· Fluent in English
· A valid drivers license
Personal / social skills (leadership, team player, motivated, goal-oriented, trustworthy, …)
· Proactive, independent, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks, good time management skills
· Commercial understanding and business acumen
· Strong mind set for continuous improvement and meeting / exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality
