Hiring Technical Account Manager!
Technical account manager assist clients with a product’s technical aspects. It informs and train clients in the product’s proper use to enhance the customer experience and improve satisfaction.
In the technical account manager role, you will play a major part in the pre-sales and post-sales process.

Responsibilities

• Informs and trains clients about products and their use
• Documents customer needs
• Reports customer feedback
• Coordinates with the sales team
• Monitors sales
• Responds in a timely way to product-related inquiries

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a technical account manager
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of digital technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with sales software would be a plus
• Proficiency in English required ( Other Languages are a plus)
