Specialist/Senior Specialist Chargeback-Card Operations Department
Tasks
• To be responsible for the issuer and acquirer chargeback process.
• To investigate and analyze each chargeback case.
• To maintain continuous contact with card processor and the customers’ branches for each chargeback case.
• To provide the necessary information and documents required for the disputes and to send such documents to the processor.
• To follow up monthly all the pending chargeback cases and reconcile with settlement and clearing team and processor.
• To follow up and obey deadlines of each chargeback step and required documentation and actions to be taken.
• To perform respective accounting entries.
• To support branches when necessary extra clarifications are needed for customers.
• To be always updated with the frequent changes on the rules and regulations related
• with the chargeback procedures Visa and Mastercard.
• To perform other operations related to the cards’ activity according to the needs of the department.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master (preferred) degree on Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields.
• Min 2 years’ experience in card operations sector and chargeback field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Albanian.
• To have analytical skills.
• To have very good accounting knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, etc.)
